Cancellation Policy for Contour Medical Aesthetics

At Contour Medical Aesthetics, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to adjust your appointments. To ensure that all our clients receive the best possible service and to maintain an efficient schedule, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This notice period allows us to offer the available time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

  • If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. This fee will be applied to your account and must be settled before any future appointments can be scheduled.
